These terms govern your use of the Kara Kaplı Defter app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Kara Kaplı Defter is a ledger app for small and medium businesses, offering collection/payment tracking, current-account management, and helper calculation tools. Your ledger data is stored locally on your device.

2. Account

To use the app you must sign in with your Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) account. You are responsible for the security of your account and device.

3. Subscription — Kara Kaplı Defter Pro

Access to all features is provided through an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly).
Current prices are shown inside the app, localized by store.
New users are offered a 45-day free trial. After the trial ends, a subscription is required to keep using the app.
The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account upon purchase confirmation.
Refunds are handled under the policies of the relevant store and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only lawfully and for its intended purpose; not to reverse-engineer it, attempt to bypass its security measures, or infringe the rights of others.

5. Exchange/gold information and disclaimer

The currency and gold rates in the app come from a third-party source and are for informational purposes only; they do not constitute investment or financial advice. The ledger is a tool to assist your calculations; you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and the results. Backing up your data is your own responsibility.

6. Warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

7. Termination and account deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings › Delete account). Your access may be terminated if you breach these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
